The 10th Annual OhioMBE Awards is honored to feature Damika Withers as this year’s keynote speaker! Ms. Withers serves as the Chief Economic Equity and Inclusion Officer for the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, where she leads efforts to promote fairness and inclusion across the county’s economic landscape. With 23 years of experience in public service, her contributions to health, human services, and criminal justice have impacted numerous vulnerable populations.
Her career spans critical roles in Job and Family Services across several Ohio counties, where she advocated for the most vulnerable. She has also worked closely with incarcerated individuals in Franklin County, facilitating peer support groups. Ms. Withers is a strong voice for equity and inclusion, sitting on several boards and national equity task forces.
