Iris co-founded Glory Foods, Inc., where she created the brand and spearheaded its national expansion, turning it into an $80-million company. She also served as the Director of the Division of Entrepreneurship and Small Business for the State of Ohio, helping transform the state into a leading environment for small businesses during the economic recession.
Currently, she operates JUSTASKIRIS!, a consultancy firm that guides entrepreneurs to success. Her achievements are preserved in the History Makers Collection at the Smithsonian Institute, reflecting her legacy as a business leader.
