COLUMBUS, OH – The Ohio Business Development Center (OBDC) is proud to introduce BuildSmart Coaching, a new mentorship program tailored for construction micro-enterprises and underutilized businesses in Central Ohio. As the region experiences unprecedented growth in construction projects, BuildSmart Coaching is designed to equip local small businesses with the skills and guidance they need to capitalize on this boom.
BuildSmart Coaching offers a unique combination of quarterly one-on-one coaching with industry experts and group mentoring sessions. The program covers essential topics such as project management, estimating, on-site safety, and client relations, providing participants with targeted tools to expand their business capabilities and thrive in today’s competitive market.
