This monthly program offers contractors the chance to work directly with seasoned construction professionals in tailored 1.5-hour coaching sessions. Participants will receive personalized, hands-on guidance in key areas such as project management, estimating, compliance, and on-site decision-making.

- Fee: $25 per session (separate $25 OBDC membership fee applies)
