DAS seeks comments on proposed MBE/EDGE program
The Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking comments/reviews on proposed changes to the MBE/EDGE certification program. Changes may be made to Chapters 123: 2-15 and 123:2-16.
The Equal Opportunity Division of the Ohio Department of Administrative Service has been working with various agencies and organizations to schedule regional public stakeholder meetings in addition to the initially planned meeting in Columbus to discuss the proposed rule changes for Chapter 123:2-15 and 123:2-16.
Meeting are scheduled for the following cities:
- Cincinnati—Jan. 24. Location and time to be announced
- Cleveland—Jan. 23. 12:30 pm at Midtown Innovation Center
- Columbus—Jan.29. 9 am at Ohio Department of Transporation
