NORTH RANDALL: NO PLANS TO USE BLACK & MINORITY CONTRACTORS

This is our second request (see attached letter – cleveland mbes) for a meeting with you and Stuart Lichter President, Industrial Park Realty to discuss our very serious concerns of “NO” diversity and inclusion plans for Black and Minority Contractors and construction workers on building the $200 million dollar industrial park on the former site of Randall Park Mall
Mayor Smith we are not going to allow you or a California developer to come into our majority black community and try to justify economic apartheid; if we do not hear from you by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31 we will move forward with our plans of a protest and demonstration. Thank you
