The Black Enterprise Entrepreneur’s Conference & Expo is returning to Columbus, Ohio next week on May 14th-17th.
Last year was exciting because one of my client’s was a finalist in the $10,000 Elevator Pitch Competition. Robert Townsend was the host. It was entertaining and inspiring to witness the enthusiasm, vision, and creativity of the entrepreneurs who pitched their business ideas on stage. I expect this year’s competition to be just as lively.
As I understand it, Shark Tank will be in town and at the Conference doing a casting call for entrepreneurs who would like an opportunity to pitch their businesses to “The Sharks”. It would be great to see The Buckeye State represented on the show.
I am look forward to the Conference because it is inspirational and motivating to be a part of such a gathering of entrepreneurs from all across the United States.
This year I plan to have a billboard ad displayed at the Conference to market my professional services and the Small Business Legal Aid Program.
