NOTICE TO BIDDERS [br] Sealed proposals will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, at the office of the Construction Manager: Smoot Elford Resource, 1907 Leonard Ave., Suite 150, Columbus, OH 43219, until Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter for the Abatement and Partial Demolition Bid Package for 966 South High Street, according to the plans and specifications, dated June 26, 2014, prepared by Hardlines Design Company.  The total estimated cost for materials and labor for Bid Package #500 – Demolition Contractor is $225,000.00.
