CENTRAL OHIO TRANSIT AUTHORITY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTREPRISE TRIENNIAL GOAL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2017 PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) has established an overall goal of 11% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in anticipated federally-funded contracting opportunities for Fiscal Years 2015-2017.

A description of the goal and methodology used in selecting this goal are available for public review and comment during the next forty-five (45) days. Comments about this goal are encouraged and will be used for information purposes only. The public may inspect the methodology used for setting the above goal during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Central Ohio Transit Authority, 33 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.

The Federal Transit Administration and COTA will accept comments on the goal for 45 days from the date of this notice. Inquiries should be directed to the attention of:
