Thirtytwodegrees: “Helping Small Business with the Look & Feel of the Corporate Giants”

Kirk Sanders started his embroidery business by chance.  Raised in New York City, Sanders wanted a custom set of rims for his car.  The rims Sanders designed were far from the ordinary. They were fancy. They were layered with diamonds. Like most of the guys in his Bronx neighborhood, Sanders wanted to shine. Surprised by the production costs of the “iced & blinged out” rims and the fees to digitize his logo, Sanders decided it was financially beneficial to do it himself.

He started Thirtytwodegrees, LLC.  He  began by designing his own shirts and logos for family members and friends. The quality of his products and his reasonable rates helped grow the business.  He purchased an embroidery machine, enrolled in courses to learn the trade and included embroidery in his product line.

“My clients and I relate because I have been there.  I understand wanting a fresh professional image for the world to see with just a start-up budget,” he said.   “I have walked in their shoes.”

Sanders’ creative and sales partner is DeVance Wright.  The two met in Columbus and realized that they both have a lot in common.  Both are from New York City and wanted to control their own destinies by owning businesses.

“Being from NYC, we both understand the grind,” said Wright.  “Putting your foot to the pavement to make things happen.”
