We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager. Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate a history of providing excellent management skills to ensure successful projects that have met quality standards, have been completed on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget, have outperformed on safety goals, and have fostered continuing and positive relationships with clients. Experience in quick-build restaurant/commercial work is strongly preferred. Key attributes for this position are attitude, aptitude, and great communication and presentation skills.
