We are Four!

As the publisher of OhioMBE, I am proud to celebrate our fourth year of informing, inspiring and advocating for minority owned businesses. As I reflect on the last three years, it is a honor to help grow and develop businesses in our community. I believe that economic empowerment is a central focal point to strengthening our families and creating wealth for our future.
We will encourage MBEs to work with other MBEs, hire people of color in their offices and on their jobs sites, as well as purchase goods and services from MBEs.
OhioMBE wants to provide reliable information on issues and events of importance. We plan on introducing you to successful business owners as well as helpful resource service providers. Additionally we want to encourage you to advocate for issues for benefit of minority owned businesses to our elected officials. It is vital that we stand up, voice our concerns and issues and make it happen.
We’ve got a lot of celebrating to do during the month of January. A New Year, the 150th anniversary of The Emancipation Proclamation, the legacy of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., and the second inauguration of President Barack Obama.
