Anjala Ferguson has 24+ years of successful sales and customer service experience.  Her professional career ranged from account manager for a computer aided design Company, managing properties for a property management company, and sales executive for a Fortune 500 computer assisted legal research firm.

Anjala has a history of meeting and exceeding goals and expectations across diverse industries.  She served as an integral member of a sales team that increased sales and revenue by over 120% for Fortune 500 Company Lexis-Nexis.

Anjala has always had a passion for sales.  As a small business owner, Anjala now focuses on selling for her own company, Finergy Global Solutions, LLC,.  The company provides incentive solutions.  Her company’s services are available in all 50 states and internationally in several countries.  Anjala started her business in June 2008.  The company holds numerous certifications, including: State of Ohio Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Encouraging Diversity Growth and Equity (EDGE)/Procurement Enhancement Program (PEP)/Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and the City of Dayton.

When Anjala started her company, it was a time when we were in an unpredictable economic climate; companies were downsizing and enforcing larger workloads on the employees that remained.  She wanted to help the employers, based on their budget develop and incentive program that would acknowledge employees for their hard work and loyalty.

Today her company has helped many organizations in the public and private sectors to have more success.  Anjala has worked with clients in industries ranging from education, state government, health industry and manufacturing. Some of her clients are: Dayton Public School, Dayton Job Corps and Comfort Keepers, to name a few.   She provides an invaluable perspective regardless of the current stage of business development.
