Reports to: Mixed Finance Compliance Manager/HCVP Manager
Department: Mixed Finance/HCVP
FLSA Status: Exempt
Rate: $33,512 (Pay Grade 200)

General Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Mixed Finance and Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) that ensures the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority’s (AMHA) compliance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Qualifications
High school diploma and a minimum of two years of HCVP and/or LIHTC housing site-management experience or high school diploma and minimum of two years experience in bookkeeping or accounting related area. Prior HCVP and LIHTC experience preferred; however, if not certified in HUD 4350.3 regulations and Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations (LIHTC), certification must be obtained within one year from hire date. Computer proficiency required. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable by AMHA
