This project will be a renovation of the existing Sawyer Manor and Trevitt Heights properties. Renovations will consist but not limited to new flooring, painting of all walls and ceilings, new HVAC systems, water heaters, water conservation fixtures, and light fixtures. Renovations to kitchen cabinets and bathroom upgrades will take place at Trevitt Heights only. An appliance package to take place across both sites. A site work package to take place at Sawyer Manor only.
