Notice is hereby given that Super Excavators, Inc. is requesting quotes from qualified WBE/MBE/SBE Subcontractors & Suppliers for the following project: Kingsbury Run Culvert Repair (KRCR), bidding on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 01:00PM with The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD).
The NEOSD will be hosting a pre-bid conference at 10:00am on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Conference Room C at the District’s Environmental and Maintenance Service Center, 4747 49th Street, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. Super Excavators will have a representative present at this meeting to discuss possible subcontracting opportunities with interested subcontractors.
In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Replacement of approximately 3,600 linear feet of Branch ‘A’ of the Kingsbury Run Culvert with a 60” microtunnel; Construction of 5 shafts that include 1 diversion structure, 2 baffle drop shafts, and 2 standard manholes; and Rehabilitation using cured-in-place pipe lining for approximately 470 linear feet of the existing Kingsbury Run Culvert.
We are soliciting quotations for all trades including the following segments of work, and any others that may have inadvertently been left off of this list: traffic control, erosion control, geotechnical instrumentation, site work / restoration, trucking (hauling & disposal), pipe supply, site security, fencing, environmental mitigation, etc.

Where economically feasible, we are willing to divide total contract requirements into smaller portions or quantities to permit maximum participation of MBE/WBE/SBE Firms.
ALL M/W/SBE SUBCONTRACTORS MUST RETURN A COMPLETED DATA SHEET 1 (AND 1.A, IF APPLICABLE) and EPA FORM 6100-3 WITH THEIR QUOTE. Please let us know if you require any assistance completing these forms.
