NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is soliciting bids for replacement of the boilers at John Frederick Oberlin (JFO) Highrise, 138 S. Main Street, Oberlin, OH.
Bid documents and specifications will be available from the LMHA Contract/Procurement Office, 1604 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052, beginning Wednesday, August 9, 2017, until and including Tuesday, August 29, 2017. The non-refundable fee is $25.00 for each bid package. A $5.00 fee will be charged to mail each set of documents. Contractors planning to bid the project must obtain a bid package from LMHA for your bid to be considered for award.

A Pre-bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at JFO Highrise, 138 S. Main Street, Oberlin, OH. Individual sealed bids will be received at the office of the LMHA Director, 1604 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2017. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.
The Director of LMHA reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid/proposal for good cause when in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
